• 7v7 Co-ed, 1 Goalkeeper, 1 Captain, 1 Coach (Not Mandatory)

• 8 Teams, Roster minimum: 8 (If roster minimum is not met at the end of registration free agent players will be added to your team)

• 15 Minutes per half, 5 Minutes of half-time. 10 minute intermissions 

• No offsides

• Referees
